Pastor’s Ponderings 11-3-23

Dear Ford Street Friends,
As we continue our series on “Just to Say Thanks,” I want to express MY gratitude for each one of you and especially the gifts I received for Pastor Appreciation Month! I have been pondering about the things for which I need to “just say thanks,” particularly about Ford Street. Here are just a few things:

*Prayerful people
*A sense of family
*Encouraging of one another
*People who serve the community
*The creative ministry of Gathering Grounds
*For Diane, our secretary, who is the heart and soul of this place and who keeps me sane! 😉
*For Kyndra and ALL who work with our children and youth
*Gifts of music and worship
*All who give of their time and talents to love and serve others
*People willing to learn and grow together

Join us again on Sunday as we continue to explore “Just to Say Thanks” with a message about “Giving Thanks in Every Situation.” The whiteboard that we used in worship this past Sunday to write down names or persons that we give thanks for is currently in the coffee shop, awaiting more names to be added. Stop by and grab your cup of coffee and continue to show your gratitude. See you Sunday!
